These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 777cx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777cx8.cam and all associated services, content and functionality provided thereon.

777cx8 operates as an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. The Platform provides information, guidance and content relating to online casino games, sports betting markets — including PSL T20, ICC cricket tournaments, international football and UFC events — payment methods relevant to Pakistani users, and responsible gambling tools. The Platform is targeted at adult users located in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing, registering on or continuing to use 777cx8 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777cx8.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless the context requires otherwise:

In order to register and maintain an account on 777cx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence. No exceptions are made to this requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or a citizen or national of a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, affiliate, agent or contractor of 777cx8 or any related entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold any other account on the 777cx8 Platform, whether under the same name, a different name, or any other identifying detail.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration and keep that information current throughout the life of your account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by the Platform itself or by any relevant gaming authority.

To access the full range of Platform services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested in the sign-up form accurately and in full. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number and a secure password.

4.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. 777cx8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Suspicious Account Activity

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 777cx8 support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 16 of these Terms. You must also change your password without delay.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals being forfeited. 777cx8 reserves the right to merge accounts or apply account closure at its sole discretion where duplication is identified.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that the personal information registered on your account matches the information on your identity documents. Discrepancies between your registered details and your KYC documentation may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

777cx8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time during the life of your account at the Platform's discretion.

5.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or international passport, displaying your full name, date of birth, photograph and ID number clearly.
• Proof of Address: Where required — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence in your name dated within the preceding three months.
• Liveness / Selfie Check: You may be asked to provide a photograph or short video of yourself holding your identity document, following the operator's on-screen instructions.
• Payment Method Verification: Where your deposit was made via a specific payment method, you may be requested to provide a screenshot or image confirming ownership of that wallet or account.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must not alter, digitally modify, crop, obscure or otherwise tamper with any document uploaded as part of the KYC process. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud. 777cx8 reserves the right to close your account immediately, forfeit your balance and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where document fraud is identified or suspected.

5.3 Secure Submission

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the official, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal within your account dashboard. Do not send identity documents via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or any other unsecured channel, including to individuals claiming to represent 777cx8 support through those channels.

777cx8 may support various deposit methods that are commonly used by players in Pakistan. Where referenced — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other payment providers — these are cited as familiar payment references only. Their appearance in Platform guides or educational content does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply a formal commercial arrangement with 777cx8.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• 777cx8 does not accept deposits made with funds from criminal activity, money laundering or any unlawful source. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation where unusual deposit patterns are identified.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method; 777cx8 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.2 Currency

Where applicable, accounts may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion rates — where a deposit is made in a currency other than the account's base currency — are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 777cx8 is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuation or conversion fee imposed by a third-party payment provider.

6.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing window, contact 777cx8 support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider before contacting us; doing so may be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. 777cx8 does not guarantee specific processing times; stated processing windows are estimates and may be affected by KYC status, payment processor timelines, bonus wagering status and other compliance requirements.

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete or under-review verification status will have withdrawal requests held pending.
• Withdrawals are made only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable AML matching requirements.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before completing rollover may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of request and may vary by payment method.
• The identity and personal details on your account must exactly match those on your payment method and KYC documents. Mismatched information will delay or block the withdrawal.
• 777cx8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before authorising any large-value withdrawal. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback schemes, loyalty points and other promotional benefits ("Bonuses") offered by 777cx8 are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and the specific conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between this clause and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a Bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per game round or per bet. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific promotion's contribution table.
• Expiry: All Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused Bonus balance and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: 777cx8 actively monitors for patterns indicative of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, and coordinated play. Where Bonus abuse is identified, 777cx8 reserves the right to void the Bonus, forfeit associated winnings and close the account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain Bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus winnings. This figure is stated on the relevant promotion page and is expressed in PKR where applicable.
• Minimum Deposit: Welcome and reload Bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit to trigger. Deposits below the stated threshold will not activate the associated Bonus even if you have opted in.

8.2 Referral Bonuses

Where a referral ("Refer A Friend") programme is active, rewards are issued subject to the referred friend completing a qualifying deposit and satisfying the programme's eligibility criteria. Self-referrals and referrals using duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be forfeited.

8.3 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

777cx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any Bonuses already credited to active accounts being processed under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the 777cx8 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's account, payment method, identity documents or personal information.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion or match-fixing in connection with the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software designed to manipulate game outcomes, circumvent security controls or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software infrastructure, servers or security systems.
• Posting, transmitting or uploading any content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable through any feature of the Platform.
• Systematically exploiting Bonus terms through abuse strategies designed to extract promotional value without genuine participation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using a VPN, proxy or other means to disguise your actual geographic location.
• Facilitating, assisting or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the above conduct.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted.

All Content published on the 777cx8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, database content and layout design — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777cx8 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content from this Platform without the prior written consent of 777cx8.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights in the Platform's intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx8, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds deposited or wagered on the Platform.
• Loss of winnings or unrealised promotional value.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical faults or data loss attributable to the Platform or third-party infrastructure.
• Errors in displayed odds, game results or account balances where such errors are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any action taken or not taken by you based on information published on the Platform.
• Consequences arising from your violation of applicable local laws, including gambling restrictions under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cx8 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the fitness, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its Content.

777cx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits and self-exclusion options. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged for all users, particularly before any gambling session begins.

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years or over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. It is a violation of these Terms for any minor to attempt to register or access gaming services on the Platform. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please notify support immediately.

The Platform will honour all self-exclusion requests made in good faith and will not solicit excluded users with promotional material during any active exclusion period.

777cx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account — and to forfeit any associated balance, Bonus or pending withdrawal — at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Identification as a minor or as a person subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Access from a Prohibited Territory or use of circumvention tools to mask geographical location.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a formal request.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding Bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following closure, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 777cx8 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal gaming licence. The applicable governing law and dispute resolution jurisdiction are those of the operator's licensing authority, as stated in the operator's official licence documentation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777cx8, you are encouraged to first contact the support team at the email address provided in Clause 16 to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through informal means, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the formal dispute resolution process prescribed by the operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

777cx8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 777cx8 recommends checking this page before each session if you have not visited the Platform for an extended period.
